1. Acceptance of Terms

You agree to immediately notify km88a of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. km88a shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized account access that occurs due to your negligence.

3. Deposits and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

km88a accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet, and over-the-counter payments through authorized partners. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits (funds originating from accounts not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). There is no maximum deposit limit unless you have voluntarily set deposit limits through our responsible gaming tools. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the policies of third-party payment providers. km88a is not responsible for delays caused by external payment processors or banking institutions.

3.2 Deposit Fees and Currency

km88a does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider, bank, or e-wallet service may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control and are your sole responsibility. All transactions on the km88a platform are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate determined by our payment processor, and you may be subject to currency conversion fees imposed by your payment provider.

4. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

4.1 Withdrawal Procedures

You may request withdrawal of funds from your km88a account balance at any time, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. All withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in your legal name that matches the name on your km88a account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Two Hundred Philippine Pesos). There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though we reserve the right to process large withdrawals in installments for security and fraud prevention purposes.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete full account verification (KYC) by providing all requested documentation. Subsequent withdrawals may also require additional verification if there are changes to your account information, payment methods, or if we detect unusual activity patterns. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours, though processing times may be longer during weekends, holidays, or periods of high transaction volume.

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements and Restrictions

To prevent money laundering and bonus abuse, all deposited funds must be wagered at least one time (1x) before withdrawal is permitted. For example, if you deposit ₱1,000, you must place at least ₱1,000 in total wagers before you can withdraw those funds plus any winnings. Funds derived from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements outlined in the applicable bonus terms and conditions. Until such requirements are met, bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play cannot be withdrawn.

km88a reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, violation of Terms, or any other irregularity. In cases where Terms violations are confirmed, we may void wagers, confiscate winnings, and close the account with forfeiture of the remaining balance. You will be notified of any such actions and provided with an explanation, though we are not obligated to disclose details of our fraud detection methodologies.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

km88a offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards ("Promotions") from time to time. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on our website at the time the Promotion is offered. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms applicable to each Promotion before participating. Unless otherwise stated, all Promotions are limited to one per player, household, IP address, email address, and payment method. Abuse or attempted abuse of Promotions will result in cancellation of the Promotion and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

Bonus funds are separate from your real money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 35x wagering requirement means you must place ₱35,000 in total wagers before you can withdraw the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements—typically, slots contribute 100% while table games may contribute 10% or less per bet.

5.2 Bonus Forfeiture and Expiration

Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified time period, typically 30 days from the date of bonus issuance unless otherwise stated. Withdrawing funds before completing bonus wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from bonus play. If you wish to forfeit an active bonus, you may do so through your account settings or by contacting customer support, though this action will void all bonus funds and bonus-related winnings immediately.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

All players must engage with km88a Services in good faith and in accordance with the spirit of fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or closure with forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, or any software that interfaces with our platform to place wagers
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in our games or platform
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent restrictions
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity including chargeback fraud
• Using VPN or other tools to disguise your location or IP address
• Depositing funds originating from illegal sources or third-party accounts
• Money laundering or using our platform for any illegal purpose

km88a employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity. We may request additional documentation, delay withdrawals, or close accounts if we suspect violations of these Terms. Our decision regarding violations is final and binding.

6.2 Game Integrity and Random Number Generation

All games offered on the km88a platform utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been tested and audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated by players or by km88a. We do not control game outcomes beyond the published house edge and Return to Player (RTP) percentages, which are displayed on each game's information page.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the km88a platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of km88a or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 9. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your km88a account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or amounts owed to km88a. Bonus funds and pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

km88a reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In cases of account termination due to Terms violations, we may withhold any remaining account balance and winnings. If we close your account without cause, we will return your account balance minus any non-withdrawable bonus funds.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations between you and km88a. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by km88a, and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
